We started working
with Morgan Marketing to develop lead generation in a very complex market place
within the Insurance industry. Those initial efforts proved fruitful and our reps'
time spent chasing leads became much more cost effective.
When we refined
our product, we needed to approach a different target market. We contracted with
Morgan to develop a 'pull through' campaign by developing demand among
customers-of-our-customers through primary research and dialogue. By leveraging
the relationships and champions developed by Morgan, we were able to create demand
generation from the industry thought leaders who were a part of the nay-saying
segment of our target market.
Most recently we have expanded our offering
dramatically and, as is typical in a venture backed fast moving company, we needed
to hone our new message quickly. Morgan helped us to position our new product
offering via primary research. Morgan then assisted in developing collateral
which reflected the perceived value of our offering using a newly formed message
that has proven to resonate with our audience.
Internally, we have come
to think of Morgan as our 'most trusted partner' and an important strategic
member of the team. As our company's focus has shifted and the need for speed
has become critical from time to time, Morgan has been a strategic asset to our
team and has been responsive and effective in providing us with the business
intelligence for us to grow our business.

Aside from the discipline and incremental
leads that they provide, we have gained a lot of value from Micky's suggestions
and feedback. She has been extremely generous in helping us with our processes,
our tracking and reporting in Salesforce, and in delivering insights on the
market and our pitch back to us. She is pitching us to more people than any
of our outside reps is, and so she has the ability to test new phrases and
words, see what makes prospects lean forward, see what gets a reaction. We
are continually feeding these insights back to the team and incorporating it
into our overall messaging. It is this spirit which has allowed Micky to truly
become a part of our team, not an outside vendor. She joins our internal sales
meetings, contributes her thoughts, and is genuinely excited when we have success.
